This 10 days in Toronto made me fat but fearless... now it is all a matter of organizing myself, put everything together and look forward to hug people at the end.

Here we come... Escape from Alcatraz... there is no more training to do... the last month was troubled enough, a lot of traveling, food and poor quality sleep.
But end of the day no excuses. I will race and I will see what is my actual shape. It will be a great test and hopefully a jump start for the Half Ironman next month in Venezuela.
Tonight I will land in SF very late in the evening. As soon as I hit my room I will do a quick check list.
Running equipment, Biking and Swimming.
Need to remember to fix the bike gears, put the tri-laces for the running shoes... etc.
On Saturday will have to buy the remaining stuff, get the number, go to the pre-race conference, study all the details... and try the bay water :-)... little detail!

Really hope Dario and Diego.. the veterans will help me tomorrow... dont even know how to properly fit the wetsuit.. and that bloody zip...
I will catch up the flight at 7.50pm Eastern time and finally start reading the Taiwanese book I have been carrying with me for so long.
Need to keep my mind distracted!
